Gearbox rebuild 125 Tennor 1961

Hello again !
Stripped the engine down to have the casings Vapor cleaned and the check for any wear on the engine components every thing looks good,so started to rebuild no problems got to the gearbox everything went back ok tried to select gears no go ,pulled it down again nothing looks damaged built it back up still no go.
Is there a technique for setting the selector up? .Any would be greatly appreciated,are there any repair manuals for this model for sale.

Il faut que le disque de sélection ai les encoches de verrouillage orientées vers le couvercle. Est ce bien le cas ?
Qu'est ce qui ne fonctionne pas, le système de sélection lui-même ou le disque qui permet le déplacement des fourchettes qui bloque ?

Thanks for your reply,I will go and check things out when I finish translating your reply .
When the gear box is assembled does this pin sit in between the spring as shown in the photo .

Bonjour Julien,gearbox working as should but the kickstarter klicks when turning the box over ,the mechanism looks fine any info would be appreciated.

Si je bien compris, lorsque tu appuies sur le kick, le moteur n'est pas entraîné en rotation. C'est bien cela que tu décris ?
Ou est ce un bruit de cliquetis au niveau de la boite de vitesse lorsque le moteur tourne ?
